This summer I had the pleasure of hosting two fun workshops: glass painting in June and silk painting in July. Not only does hosting workshops give me a chance to connect with you, my creative community, but also I just love watching the creative process and ideas you all come up with! I’m just amazed at what I see you create, after I provide you with some basic “how-to” tips.
Over the past few months I’ve applied to several online design competitions. For me, participating in these competitions is not about winning - but rather, it gives me a chance to explore my own creative abilities, design ideas and experiment with new products, tools, techniques.

Urban sketching is a great way to capture vacation memories from your travels. Different from photography, a sketch will truly be from your perspective and interpretation of a particular scene that may not be reflected in a photograph. Here are a few of my initial sketches.
Textile Arts Center 10 year reunion exhibition will be on view May 20 - June 3 at the Textile Arts Center Project Space in Brooklyn, NY. An Opening Reception will be held on May 20th. I’m excited to be part of the Digital Gallery which is also opening on May 20, 2019!
