Unveiling the Magic: My Journey with Watercolor Painting

Hey there fellow art enthusiasts! Let me tell you a little story about my journey with watercolor paints. 

I've always been drawn to the ethereal beauty of watercolor art, but I'll be honest, I was a tad intimidated by the medium. Every time I tried my hand at it, my painting ended up looking like a waterlogged disaster. Not exactly the masterpiece I had envisioned.

But fear not, because I embarked on a quest to conquer the elusive art of watercolor painting! Picture me strolling through Michaels Store in Manhattan, when suddenly, I stumbled upon a gem of a book: "Watercolor The Easy Way" by Sara Berrenson.

As I eagerly flipped through its pages, I felt a surge of excitement. Could this be the answer to my watercolor woes? Without hesitation, I added it to my basket, along with a few extra art supplies because, well, who doesn't love an excuse to splurge on new goodies?

With 50 tutorials packed into this treasure trove of a book, I dove headfirst into my watercolor adventure. From September 15, 2023, to April 21, 2024, you could find me with a paintbrush in hand, tackling each project with gusto. Some days I'd squeeze in just 10 minutes of painting, while others saw me fully immersed from dawn 'til dusk.

What I love most about this book is its user-friendly approach. Each tutorial guides you through the process step-by-step, complete with suggested color palettes and brushes. 

By the time I reached the final page, something magical had happened. My confidence soared, my technique sharpened, and I found myself head over heels in love with watercolor painting. It's no longer just a hobby; it's become an integral part of my creative journey.
