New Art Collection: Static Motion

Static Motion is my latest art collection, consisting of three mixed media collages.

The hustle and bustle of daily life can be stressful, tiring and draining. When that same level of busyness happens when we travel or go on vacation, we feel inspired! We find a new energy from within as we move from destination to destination.  We take more pauses and pay more attention to our surroundings. 

Each piece celebrates the movement and chaos that occurs when traveling to a destination, but once there, appreciating the stillness of the surroundings from ancient palaces, intricate architecture, modern day city skylines and skyscrapers. Specifically, this collection depicts a visual narrative of static motion that I have experienced while traveling in  Jaipur, Barcelona and New York City.
