Workshop Policies

General Policies

Payment
Full payment is required in order to reserve a spot in a workshop, book a private party or a corporate team-building event.  To reserve a spot in an individual workshop, make payment via our online ticketing link on our website.  For private parties or corporate team-building events, an invoice will be issued and payment must be received in full.  We accept all major credit cards.

Make-up Classes
If you are unable to attend a workshop you registered for, make-up classes are permitted depending on availability.  Please call or email us and let us know if you have to miss a class.  We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Course Cancellations
Although course cancellations are quite rare, Divine NY & Co. reserves the right to cancel classes if enrollment goals are not met or due to severe weather issues.  We will make every effort to notify students in advance.  In the event of cancellation, a full refund or credit will be issued. 

Photographs and Recordings
Workshops, private parties or corporate team-building events may be recorded and photographed for marketing, website, social media, archival and/or other purposes.  Such recording or photographing may include individuals at our workshops, participants in private parties or corporate team-building events.  Your attendance at any workshop, party or event held at Divine NY & Co.’s studio or off-site at an event hosted by Divine NY & Co. shall be deemed your consent to appear in such programming and/or photographs without compensation or additional approval of any kind.

Cancellation

Individual Workshops
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

Painting Parties
In order to reschedule your private party, please do so at least 5 business days in advance.  We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.  We charge a $150 rescheduling fee.  Cancellations within 5 business days of your event are non-fundable.  Cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event may be eligible for partial or full refund.

Team Building Events
In order to reschedule your private party, please do so at least 5 business days in advance.  We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.  We charge a $150 rescheduling fee.  Cancellations within 5 business days of your event are non-refundable.  Cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event may be eligible for partial or full refund.
