Ordering Info

  1. Select a product, select color theme, select the fabric, indicate the quantity and size and place the order in our online shop.
  2. Most of items are produced on a made-to-order basis.  If the fabric is in-stock the production time will be approximately 4-6 weeks.  If the fabric is not in stock and needs to be ordered, production time will be approximately 6-8 weeks.  Since many of our fabrics are sourced from women artisan communities located overseas, additional time for shipping needs to be taken into consideration.
  3. Once the fabrics are received, actual sewing and production of pillows and other products is done locally in the NYC area.  We work with local seamstresses and have a partnership with Wishwas, a non-profit based in Queens, NY with an established sewing facility.
  4. In-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours.
  5. Request Fabric swatches:  There is no charge to receive fabric swatches.  To request a fabric swatch, email:  info@divineny.com and write SWATCH in the subject line.  In the body of the email, indicate the color theme (i.e. Ocean Breeze, Tropical Paradise, etc.), the fabric swatch number (i.e. OceanBreeze1, Tropical1, etc.) and your mailing address.  Fabric swatches will be mailed out within 3-4 business days.

Confirmation

Shortly after ordering you will receive an order number confirming the amount charged to your credit card.  Then, we will notify you by email when your order ships.

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of original purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after shipping and receiving your item, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund of the merchandise cost as long as the item is in its original condition (no stains, no damage, no abuse). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before returning any merchandise please contact us at 1-866-321-1769 or by email to info@divineny.com (please write Return in the subject heading) to obtain a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).  No merchandise will be accepted without exhibiting a RMA# on the outside of the returned package.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies condition of the item.  Return refund takes approximately 2-4 weeks to process upon receipt of the item.

Sales Tax

Pricing does not include sales tax. Sales tax will apply where applicable.
